Urban Indigenous was a sketch comedy troupe that was honored to be part of the Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival and TBS' Just for Laughs Comedy Festival.
They performed a revue entitled "Code of Ethnics." Urban Indigenous - A Comedic Revolution, Chicago's premiere multi-ethnic cast, transforms the traditional approach to comedy while providing an exciting social outlet to their audiences. In their first full length review "CODE OF ETHNICS", they performed a variety of comedic styles as they examined the "code of ethics" from classes, cultures, linguistics, and other hysterical situations to guide viewers with their decision making and social conduct when ethnic issues arise. They also examined the word ethnic and ask is there really a minority? Note: This show did not provide a set of definitive rules because not all ethnic people think alike!
